PETOSKEY – May 24, 2022 – With deep sadness and great respect, the Board of Directors of St. Michael High School (SMHS) mourns the death of former director and benefactor, Mr. James Hatch, who passed away peacefully last week, surrounded by his family.
Incoming SMHS Headmaster Mr. Andrew Moe stated, “The entire St. Michael community is joined in prayer for the repose of Mr. Hatch’s soul and for the consolation of the Hatch family. St. Michael would not exist today without Jim’s tireless efforts, generosity, and leadership. We will remember him fondly and are grateful for his innumerable contributions to our school.”
Please remember James Hatch and his family in your prayers.
Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. Amen.
