St. Michael High School Presents Its Second Annual Gala!

PETOSKEY – March 17, 2023 – St. Michael High School (SMHS), Northern Michigan’s only Classical Catholic high school, is very pleased to announce that its Second Annual Gala will be held Saturday, April 29 at 5:00pm at the Grand Unity Event Center, on US-31 just west of Petoskey.

For nearly a decade, SMHS has formed young men and women with deeply Catholic sensibilities and breadth of learning in the western tradition.

“Developing leaders imbued with the Christian worldview is a mission belonging not only to St. Michael,” said new Headmaster Andrew Moe, “but really to all Christians.  The formation of deeply faithful, intellectually mature men and women should be a common aim.  In addition to being a fantastic event, featuring performances by our talented students, the gala is an opportunity for the broader community to help us achieve that objective.”

Doors will open at 5:00pm for an evening that will include a cocktail hour, dinner, student performances, silent and live auctions, and opportunities to learn more about St. Michael.

Tickets cost $125 and can be purchased through the SMHS website at www.stmichaelchesterton.org/gala-23.

Please contact SMHS Gala Chair Mrs. Kendall Hayes at 231-675-4708 or kendallhayes@gmail.com for more information on sponsorships and donations for auction.

“I’m excited to share a glimpse of what I love so much about St. Michael,” Mr. Moe concluded, “and warmly invite everyone to join us for this wonderful evening!”
